Dental Public Health Application Process
To be considered for the DPH Residency program, candidates must be graduates of an American or Canadian dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the ADA. Candidates must also have an MPH degree or equivalent from an American or Canadian school of public health. We are an equal opportunity employment organization. There is no program application fee.
The application window is from September 1 to February 1 prior to a program start date of July 1. All applications must be submitted through Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS). Documents already included in PASS do not need to be sent to the program directly.
Qualified applicants will receive an invitation for an interview, and a notice of acceptance or denial will follow shortly after the interview process.
The following required documents, if not included in the PASS application, should be emailed directly to the residency coordinator, Ms. Suzette Dujon. These include:

Current enrollment letter, or certification of any previous training if applicable,
e.g. GPR, AEGD, etc.
