Farhad Yeroshalmi, DMD, FAAPD, FICD 
Chief and Program Director, Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Farhad Yeroshalmi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and subsequently completed a residency in Dental Medicine and Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. He continued his Advanced Specialty Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and has also trained extensively in the field of Forensic Dentistry at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Yeroshalmi joined the Jacobi Medical Center in 2004, and was instrumental in the initiation and development of the Residency Program in Pediatric Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Yeroshalmi is a Professor of Dentistry & Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, holds an appointment to the medical staff in the Department of Dentistry and Department of Pediatrics at the Jacobi Medical Center, and is well published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks. Dr. Yeroshalmi has served on the Council on Post-Doctoral Education of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for five consecutive terms as the Chair of the Society of Post-Doctoral Program Directors, as well as serving on the Examination Committee of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2020, Dr. Yeroshalmi was inducted into the International College of Dentists, one of the oldest and most prestigious honorary dental societies in the world, bestowed on fewer than 3% of dentists in the United States, for his demonstrated Integrity, Leadership and Service to others. In addition to educating and training residents, Dr. Yeroshalmi provides extensive pediatric dental care to patients in the operating room and clinical setting.

Keith S. Margulis, DDS, MPH, FAAPD 
Associate Program Director, Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry


Dr. Keith Margulis was born and raised in New York City and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School. He received both his undergraduate and dental education from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Dr. Margulis continued his education through a General Practice Residency with New York Medical College and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry with Lutheran Medical Center. His specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry was completed at Jacobi Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Margulis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He holds appointments to the attending staff in the Department of Dentistry and the Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Margulis is a member of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities Task Force on Special Dentistry. In addition, he is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and the Bronx County Dental Society. In his spare time he enjoys camping, scuba diving, kayaking and geocaching.

Meredeth Glenn, DDS


Dr. Meredeth Glenn, a New York native, received her undergraduate degree in Ceramics from The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. She received her dental degree and specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry from New York University College of Dentistry in NYC. In between she did a one year General Practice Residency at St. Charles Hospital -the hospital in which she was born- in Port Jefferson, NY, and a one year Fellowship in Special Patient Care at Helen Hayes Hospital in West Haverstraw, NY. She became an attending at Jacobi at the start of the program in 2004. Dr. Glenn is also in private practice in Croton on Hudson, NY, and has been honored by Westchester Magazine as Best Dentist as Chosen by their Peers in the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 issues. Dr. Glenn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and in addition to her duties enjoys being a soccer mom.

Lisa Van Eyndhoven, DDS

Dr. Lisa Van Eyndhoven received her DDS degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. She completed her pediatric dental residency at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She was born and primarily raised in New York City having graduated from the United Nations International School in Manhattan, but traveled the world at a young age with her diplomatic parents who are Belgian. After graduating from Cornell University, she returned to Belgium to obtain an MS in Biochemistry, but decided to return to the USA to pursue her goal of dentistry. In addition to being on staff at Jacobi Medical Center, she works in private practice in mid-town Manhattan and Brooklyn Heights, NY. She loves languages and traveling and has spent time in Sudan, Trinidad and Tobago, Ethiopia, Gabon, and Thailand including her annual visits to her family in Belgium.

Jae Hong Park, DMD

Dr. Jae Hong Park was born in South Korea and moved to Texas at a young age. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at University of Texas at Dallas. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. After finishing dental school, he completed his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center in 2020. After his residency, he returned to Jacobi Medical Center to become a part-time attending faculty in Pediatric Dentistry while working as a part-time associate dentist at private dental offices. Dr. Park is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. He has a passion for sharing his dental knowledge and skills with the community. He had participated in numbers of dental volunteering programs, such as Special Needs Olympics, Mission of Mercy, Give kids a smile and Remote Area Medical. His goal as a pediatric dentist is to provide a quality dental care and to help children to have a positive dental experience. In his free time, Dr. Park enjoys spending time with family, reading and traveling.

Amanda Brijlall, DDS

Dr. Amanda Brijlall, born and raised in the Bronx, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. John’s University in Queens, NY.  She received her doctoral training at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where she focused on children’s dentistry and treating patients with special needs. After dental school, she returned to the Bronx and completed her advanced training in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center. After completion of her residency training, she returned to Jacobi Medical Center to become an attending faculty in Pediatric Dentistry while working as a part-time associate dentist at private dental offices in New York City and New Jersey. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and New York County Dental Society. Outside of the office and hospital, Dr. Brijlall enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, Bollywood dancing, fitness, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kimia Ahmadian, DMD

Dr. Kimia Ahmadian obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Her dedication to pediatric dentistry brought her to Jacobi Medical Center, where she completed her Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry residency training. Following completion of her residency, Dr. Ahmadian returned to Jacobi Medical Center as a part-time attending faculty member, while also embarking on a career as an associate dentist in New Jersey. This dual role allows her to contribute to dental education while serving her community in clinical practice. Dr. Ahmadian is deeply committed to professional growth and is currently pursuing board certification in Pediatric Dentistry. She remains an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, and the New Jersey Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.  Beyond dentistry, Dr. Ahmadian finds joy in exploring her culinary skills through cooking diverse recipes and discovering new culinary experiences in New York City. She embraces the outdoors through hiking and enriches her life with travel experiences that broaden her horizons and deepen her cultural understanding.
